UNDERSTAND THE COSTS

We know that buying a holiday home is a commitment and there are outgoings to be considered. So once you've chosen Aspen, our team will run through each of the costs involved, with three key elements to consider:

1.     The lodge purchase - including any deposit required.

2.     Annual site fees - which ensure Aspen stays in tip-top condition for you

3.     Running costs - these include services such as rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance as well as any lodge maintenance needed. These tend to change annually however our team are always on hand to advise and support.

CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION

Last, but certainly not least, it's time to decide where you would like your lodge to be situated.

You might have chosen a lodge that is already in place, with an excellent location. However, if you have a choice of pitches, you need to consider what suits you best. For example, would you prefer to be closer to reception and the entrance or tucked away your own quiet corner?
