Your guide to buying a lodge at Aspen
We understand that purchasing a holiday home is a commitment and one that requires time, thought and consideration.
Our friendly, experienced team are on hand to support you at every step of the way, from inital phone call enquiries to the moving in day.
No hard sell, no pressure just the time to explore your options before making a decision that is right for you and your family.
We encourage all of our prospective owners to visit and experience Aspen Lodge Escape for themselves. This enables you to see how long your journey would be from home, tour our beautiful park and view our collection of luxury lodges. You'll also be able to meet our team and discover what life would be like for you as one of our owners, taking the time to explore the local area and decide whether Aspen feels right for you.
We know that buying a holiday home is a commitment and there are outgoings to be considered. So once you've chosen Aspen, our team will run through each of the costs involved, with three key elements to consider:
1. The lodge purchase - including any deposit required.
2. Annual site fees - which ensure Aspen stays in tip-top condition for you
3. Running costs - these include services such as rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance as well as any lodge maintenance needed. These tend to change annually however our team are always on hand to advise and support.
You can find out about the costs in more detail here.
Whether it's a high quality pre-owned lodge, which will help to stretch your budget further, or brand new state-of-the-art luxury lodge, which wil take your breath away, we have plenty of layouts and styles to suit your taste and budget. There’s no need to compromise either, with luxury modern living offered throughout plus additional extras such as bubbling hot tubs.
Last, but certainly not least, it's time to decide where you would like your lodge to be situated.
You might have chosen a lodge that is already in place, with an excellent location. However, if you have a choice of pitches, you need to consider what suits you best. For example, would you prefer to be closer to reception and the entrance or tucked away your own quiet corner?
Not sure? Chat with our team, tour our park again until you find the place that is right for you.
"I honestly couldn't fault our stay, was just perfect."
