Aspen is open all year round, so you can enjoy it in every season. However, there is a planning condition in place which means no one person can stay in a lodge for more than three months in any twelve month period.
In practice, this gives you the flexibility to use your lodge for up to three months yourself, and then share it with friends and family, or make the most of it by letting it out to holiday guests through the managed subletting scheme for the rest of the year.
We’re certainly happy to discuss part-exchange options which may help you to buy one of our luxury lodges at Aspen.
